Working within a relational framework
The therapeutic relationship can provide valuable insight into patterns that may also emerge in other areas of your life. Together, we can explore what happens between us in the room as a way of understanding and strengthening your relationships outside of therapy.
Supporting meaningful change
I see my role as helping to facilitate change by offering support, perspective, and guidance as you move toward your goals.
Compassion and curiosity
I approach each client with genuine care, openness, and a non-judgmental attitude. My aim is to create a space where all experiences, thoughts, and feelings can be explored safely.
Fostering self-awareness
Therapy can provide an opportunity to slow down and make space for thoughts, feelings, and experiences that may have gone unnoticed or unexamined. Greater self-awareness often opens the door to new possibilities and choices.
Moving at your pace
While I may gently challenge you at times, I believe therapy should move at a pace that feels manageable and productive. I welcome ongoing feedback and encourage open conversations about what is and isn't working for you.

First session
We'll begin by discussing your current concerns, daily functioning, lifestyle, and what has brought you to therapy at this time.
Follow-up sessions
As we continue working together, we'll explore your personal history and develop a deeper understanding of the experiences that have shaped you.
Ongoing work
The pace of therapy will be collaborative, with goals identified and refined as they become clear. Throughout our work together, we'll regularly check in on your progress, assess what's changing, and ensure that therapy continues to support your emotional well-being and resilience.
